Hell week – Day 2

ATLAS
Standard
- 2km RUN
- 50 Squats
- 50 Burpees
- 50 Climbers
- 50 Straight Leg Levers
- 100 Jumps
I started too slow with the 2km, good rythm for 5km but not for 2, but later I felt stronger to do the rest of the Workout. I think I can do it faster if I would have ran faster. I was thinkg about the next WO, Poseidon, not a good idea, but PB anyway. 17:20.

After an Atlas, time to explode the muscles with Poseidon and beat another PB. Up and down, up and down. 03:05
