Hell week – Day 1

First of all, what the hell is the hell week? Well, we had in the seventh week, the hell days, where the coach send me like two workouts (or one workout and extra exercises) four times in the week, or the days you usually train. Well, in the hell week it doesn’t matter how many days you want to train, because the coach will send seven days with double routine, like this:

- 100 Burpees
- 125 Lunges
- 150 Climbers
- 125 Situps
- 150 Climbers
- 125 Lunges
- 100 Burpees
I’m very happy (exhaust too) with the time, PB and under 40 minutes – 39:19 – I had like.. I don’t know about 45-48 minutes.

APHRODITE

- 50 Burpees, 50 Squats, 50 Situps,
- 40-40-40
- 30-30-30
- 20-20-20
The goal before summer is to do a completed Aphrodite in lees than 20 minutes and I think I can, but it was hard after a Helios. 23:20 PB
