And the present of Freeletics Staff is a new workout to do! Thank you so much!

As I said yesterday, this week is going to take time because I don’t have time enough to work it out and I’m very concentrated in the match of Saturday 28th.

We start the training with 3 rounds of 25 Pullups which burn my back, then I’m ready to meet the Zeus’ wife

  • 40 High Jumps
  • 60 sec Rest
  • 400 m Run
  • 60 sec Rest*

*except the last/fifth round, when you finish with 400 m run.
