After the hell week we start the second part of this challenge. Eight weeks more to complete Freeletics 15 weeks program and end with a changed mind about what sport is.
Warming and stretching exercises are more complicated now beacuse they prepare us to be ready for more demanding workouts and help us to recover better.
There’s a pair of exercises that I cannot already do in the standard version, for example Kipping HS Pushups and Standups. The objective for these weeks is try to complete a whole WO with those exercises.

Standard
4 rounds:
- 10 Kipping HS Pushups (Pikes – Endurance)
- 20 Pullups
- 30 Pushups
- 40 Situps
- 50 Squats
- 120 minutes Rest between rounds
I couldn’t get the star due to incompleted Kipping HS Pushups, but I’ve done more than ever. 8/5/5/4 and of course 10 each round with Pikes. I reached also a new PB (27:49) after hell days and I’m very motivated to keep training during this second part of the challenge!
