Comeback to hell week with Uranos

Too much sport the last days and I needed one day to rest after that, so I took monday. Now, I can coming back to the routine, although I’m still tired.

URANOS

Standard
  • 2km RUn
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Pullups
  • 50 Climbers
  • 50 Pushups
  • 100 Jumps

I started running fast, although my legs were very heavy after the weekend. Anyway I completed the 2 kilometers in less than 8 minutes. Some water and let’s go with burpees, which I did very good. Pullups are still a problem for me, and more when I have to do 50… and the rest is easy. The last time I couldn’t complete the Standard version because the pullups, but now I did it and in less time. 20:33 #ClapClap I tried to do 2xMetis Strenght, but it’s too much. I’ll do them tomorrow with 2xPoseidon and some Leg Levers. See ya!
