Legs day – Gaia Workout

Hi everyone! And thanks for following.

First of all, my apologies for not writing during the weekend due to an intensive floorball trainer curse. I promise, I’ll explain you soon as possible the dynamic warmup, which is recommended by Freeletics Official Personal Coach.

The workout for this third day of the “introduction week”, as it’s called, is Gaia Standard 6/10, that means that I have to do six rounds of the whole workout, which actually has ten rounds.

I also wore for the first time the new compression calf sleeves of Zero Point, a finnish brand of compression which has already arrived to Spain. The colours are very fashionable and the compression is real, you feel the real compression from the first you wear them.

GAIA

Standard 6/10 with HH Standups (Endurance)

Easy to remember, but not to do first time correctly at all. At least I cannot do one of the exercises as they tell. Anyway, I’ll give you the endurance way to do the exercise I couldn’t.

6 rounds of:

  • 40 Jumping Jacs
  • 30 Jumps
  • 20 Climbers
  • 10 Standups (I changed it for HH Standups)

No breaks between rounds if it’s possible and try to do it with the best technic and work out the legs with the movements.

Best time (Personal Best: PB) as always during this week, we’ll see if I can get a PB every day – 19:36*
