No star with Zeus today

One step forward in the Zeus workout. The last time I did it was the Endurance version and just two rounds of four.

Several weeks ago I improved my advanced skills and I could do some Strict HS Pushups, so today the coach had a surprise for me. 4 rounds with 10 Kipping HS Pushups… what a challenge for today!

Standard

4 rounds with 2 minutes rest:

  • 10 Kipping HS Pushups (I did a kind of Strict HS Pushups)
  • 20 Pullups
  • 30 Pushups
  • 40 Situps
  • 50 Squats

The time from today is 29:01 (PB) and I coudn’t do properly the last Kipping HS Pushups so I changed them for Pikes. I will practice the Kipping HS Pushups to improve my skills and to do it better the next time!

The next workout will be probably  at the beach! Tomorrow I travel to the south of Spain in order to play two matches against Fuengirola. But tomorrow evening or on Saturday’s morning I’ll end the fouth week with Gaia and some squats and pullups.
