This is a workout I did before a floorball training.
50 times:
- Burpee
- Pushup
- Squat
- Situp
PB 11:37… Can you beat my time?
I need a break after the fifth week because I have important matches, so we’ll see how and when can I can continue the Freeletics Challenge, anyway I’ll do the workouts during the next ten days instead of the next seven.
